Doorstep drop-offs are a plus for Shipt shoppers that makes customers happy, too. Lower-priced memberships are available with limited free deliveries. Your Walmart grocery pickup or must-haves from Target can be delivered to your doorstep with just a few clicks.
Shopping
If you choose to tip, you can add a tip when placing your order by choosing a preselected or custom amount. You may also tip in cash or within the app after you receive your delivery. If you do opt into a bagless delivery, we encourage you to be home to receive the order or leave a receptacle out such as a box or cooler that your shopper can leave items in. Please note that select store locations do not carry single-use bags.
Shipt shoppers who deliver orders late will have a lower on-time percentage. Shipt shoppers who are running more than a few minutes late should contact their customers to let them know. Traffic, texting customers whether they’d like a substitution for an item that’s out of stock, and delays at check-outs can make orders late. Shipt customers find the drop-off delivery to be convenient. Just choose the drop-off delivery option instead of an in-person delivery so your Shipt shopper is notified to drop off your order.
Doorstep Delivery with Shipt
If you don't have a Shipt membership, you'll have an option to start a membership at checkout. Shop the aisles of your favorite stores like Target, Petco, and CVS from the comfort of your sofa with the Shipt delivery app. You can easily add items to your cart by tapping the plus icon and adjust the quantity as needed. To view the items in your cart, simply click on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. If you’re unable to find what you need on the website, you can add a special request for your shopper with a detailed description of what you’re looking for.
Items are sorted into categories such as pantry staples, produce, frozen foods, and personal care. To get started with Shipt, you can either visit the service’s website or download the Shipt app on your mobile device. Retailers offer detailed information about ingredients and allow you to filter products by category, price, and brand.

The Shipt shopper is advised to return the order to the store if the customer still wants an in-person delivery but will be more than about 10 minutes in getting home. Please contact the carrier you scheduled with as soon as possible to change your appointment time or date. They’ll help reschedule your appointment to a time or date that works better for you. Please note that appointment times and dates are limited by availability.
Item will be delivered inside your home or apartment to your room of choice.
